3. How consent is managed

Strictly necessary technologies cannot be disabled from the banner because they are used for website operation and security.
Analytics and optional functional features (for example, Google Maps) are enabled only based on consent, where required. The language preference (lang in localStorage) is nevertheless saved automatically on page load.
4. Withdrawing or changing choices

- Only after consent for Functional features, where applicable: Google Maps on the contact page.
- Only upon voluntary user action: links to external websites, for example ANSPDCP, UNBR, Baroul Iași, or WhatsApp.
7. Storage technologies that are not marketing-related
The website currently does not use marketing/advertising cookies or technologies and does not implement advertising-profiling mechanisms through the consent banner.
